## Probably the Best Store in Tenby!
Established in 1947 Welsh holiday resort of Tenby, Dales Music Store started off as a piano retailer run by the Dale family and has now been trading for more than 70 years. As a teenager, Laurie Dale was always spending his pocket money on 78rpm records, so he persuaded his father to start stocking them in the shop to complement the piano sales.
Laurie at the age of 93 could still be found behind his counter , alas Laurie passed away Dec 2022 The shop stays open .
 
Richard Harrison, Son In Law , Linzi Harrison ( Dale ) and Charles Dale now run Dales . 
Charles Dale ( son ) who is the actor of Coronation street , Big Mac Casualty just to name a few, spends his time between stage and screen but heads back to Home and the shop in his spare time . While the day to day running is carried out by Linzi Laurie daughter and her Husband Richard Harrison .
Leo who is Linzi and Richards Youngest Grandchild age 6 ! who is the 5 generation to work behind the counter is often behind the counter after school but likes Radio 6 music the best .
In the 21st Century Dales has continued to go from strength to strength and still stocks a large range of Vinyl Records as well as a huge selection of other Musical Equipment and Merchandise.
